Beach Bum

2 oz Grey Goose La Poire Flavored Vodka .5 oz Cointreau 1 oz Fresh lime juice .5 oz Maraschino liqueur 1 dash Grenadine
Add all the ingredients except the grenadine to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Top with the grenadine and garnish with fresh mint.

Bloomsbury Fizz

Servings:
Glass: Highball
1 1/4 oz Tanqueray Gin
1/3 oz Lemon juice
1/3 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
1/4 oz Raspberry puree
1/4 oz Egg white
Club soda
Garnish: Fresh raspberries
Add all the ingredients except the club soda to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice cubes. Fill with club soda and garnish with two fresh raspberries.

Add the Chambord to a flute and top with Champagne. Garnish with a raspberry and a lemon twist..

French 75

Servings: 1
Glass: Champagne flute

.5 oz Fresh lemon juice .5 oz Simple syrup (one part water, one part sugar) 1 oz Gin or cognac 3 oz Champagne
Add all the ingredients except the Champagne to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into a Champagne flute. Top with the Champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.

Gaelic Flip

Servings: 1
Glass: Irish Coffee or rocks
Category: Irish Whiskey
Garnish: Nutmeg
1.25 oz Bushmills Irish Whiskey
1 oz Sweet vermouth
1 tsp Allspice liqueur
.33 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
1 egg
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and dry shake (without ice) to emulsify. Fill with ice and shake again. Strain into an Irish coffee mug or rocks glass and garnish with grated nutmeg.

The Lone Ranger

Servings:
Glass: Collins
1 1/2 oz Silver tequila
1 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Rich simple syrup (two parts sugar, one part water)
2 oz Brut rosé sparkling wine
Garnish: Lemon twist
Add the tequila, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker. Fill with ice and shake. Open the shaker and add the sparkling wine, then strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Mezcal Vietnamese Coffee

Servings: 1
Glass: 8 ounce
1 tablespoon espresso-flavored sugar or plain granulated sugar
2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk, plus more for the glass
Ice cubes
2 tablespoons mezcal or tequila
½ cup strong coffee, cooled
Put the sugar on a flat plate. Moisten the edge of an 8-ounce glass with a bit of the sweetened condensed milk, then dip the moistened rim into the sugar and rotate the glass until the rim is evenly coated. Pour 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk into the glass. Fill the glass with ice cubes. Add mezcal and coffee, stir and serve.

Kirsch au Café

Servings: 2
Glass: Small cocktail
1 oz Cognac
3/4 oz Kirsch
3/4 oz Cherry Heering
1/2 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
1/2  to 1 oz Egg white
1 shot (about 1 oz) Freshly brewed espresso
Add all the ingredients except the espresso to a shaker and shake (without ice) until frothy. Fill with ice and add the espresso. Shake well and strain into two small cocktail glasses.

Café Corrección Ponche

Servings:
Glass: Teacup
1 1/2 tsp Demerara sugar Buy Demerara Sugar Online
2 strips Orange peel
12 oz Diplomático Añejo Rum
4 oz Punt e Mes
8 oz Cold-brew coffee*
4 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
4 oz Fresh orange juice
Ground cinnamon
Garnish: Cinnamon sticks

In a large bowl or pitcher, muddle the sugar and orange peel. Let stand for an hour or so to extract the oils. Add the remaining ingredients and a little cracked ice. Stir, and strain into a punch bowl filled with a large ice block. Top with a sprinkling of ground cinnamon. Serve in teacups, garnished with cinnamon sticks cracked in half the long way.

 *Buy cold-brew coffee at store, or to make at home: [for about 6 cups Cold-brew coffee] Stir together half a pound of ground coffee and 2 quarts of water in a large container. Stir again after 15 minutes and let rest for 12 to 24 hours. Strain through a fine sieve and discard the coffee grounds.

Servings: 1
2 oz dark roast Coffee (room temp)
1 oz Benedictine
1 oz Cointreau (or comparable Orange Liqueur)
Combine ingredients in Boston shaker w/ ice, stir with bar spoon, and serve neat in a double rocks glass. Express a flamed twist of orange over glass and drop in.

Add all the ingredients except the club soda to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir, and strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with the club soda and garnish with a lemon slice.
